Meet The Directors
Cindy Bridgeman
OWNER / DIRECTOR OF TOP FLIGHT GYMNASTICS
Cindy started coaching for FCAC in 2007, during her Senior year of High School. Since then, she has developed Top Flight Gymnastics at FCAC into what is now a well rounded program for all types of athletes. She coaches all levels, preschool through team, and is a yearly registered member of USA Gymnastics. Cindy is Safety Certified through USA Gymnastics and has also completed hands on courses in Fundamental of Gymnastics, Safety and Risk Management, a Women's Junior Olympic Coaches Course, and Gymnastics Business Foundations. Cindy obtained her Associate's of Art in Teaching degree from Mineral Area College and is currently working full time for the gym. She is anxious each year to bring improvements to FCAC and to create a fun, educational atmosphere for all students who attend FCAC.
Chelsey Freund
OWNER / DIRECTOR OF FCAC DANCE COMPANY
Chelsey started her dance training locally in downtown Farmington at the young age of 2 years old. At first, dance was just a hobby, but it wasn't long before she realized it was something she wanted to do forever. After graduating high school in 2010, Chelsey attended Lindenwood University where she studied business prior to being accepted into Mineral Area College's Nursing Program, where she would graduate with her Associate Degree of Science in Nursing in the Spring of 2014. Through the years, Chelsey has attended numerous dance competitions, conventions, and seminars to continue expanding her knowledge base in dance. Chelsey attended Dance Masters of America's "Teacher's Training School" in NY, which is a program with an approach to dance education that ensures dance educators are providing both a creative and structured pathway for quality learning.
